When will my order ship?

Production time for each order takes 3-5 business days. Shipping time is in addition to our production time. Expedited shipping is available when placing your order.

**HOLIDAY SHIPPING NOTICE**

All orders placed from December 12th - December 14th must have 2-Day Shipping to arrive by 12/24

All orders placed from Decmeber 15th - December 17th must have Next Day Shipping to arrive by 12/24

All orders placed from December 18th - December 21st must have Next Day Shipping and RUSH service to arrive by 12/24

What is RUSH service?

RUSH service is when an order is needed right away and should be given first priority over other orders. When requesting RUSH service, there is a one-time charge of $50.

Can I see a proof of my order?

Proofs will be given free of charge for any fill-in items. You can expect to receive your proof within 1-2 business days after placing your order.

What if I made a mistake on my order?

Please review your order very carefully before submitting! All errors must be reported within 14 days of receiving the order. Any errors reported after this time will not be refunded and will be reprinted at full cost. Errors will be reprinted at 50% off the original price plus shipping costs. These orders process at our regular turn time, unless RUSH service is requested.
